Saint of the Day
Our Lady of the Rosary
The Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary celebrates the Blessed Virgin Mary and the Christian tradition of praying the Rosary while meditating on the mysteries of Christ's life. The Rosary is a prayer of contemplation through which Christians reflect on the Incarnation, Passion, Death, and Resurrection of Jesus, as well as significant moments in Mary's life
Daily Reflection
Mary's response to God's call was one of trust and surrender: “Let it be done to me according to your word.” Her example challenges us to surrender our own plans and allow God to work through our lives. The Rosary gives us an opportunity to slow down, contemplate Christ, and place our concerns before God. Today, ask Mary to help you say your own “yes” to God's will.
Prayer:
Mary, Mother of God, teach me to trust God's plan as you did. Help me to remain faithful in prayer and to say yes to God's will each day. Amen.
