CENTENARY CELEBRATION FOR WORLD MISSION SUNDAY (1926-2026) AND PMU 110 ANIVERSARY

On Sunday, 3rd October 2026, the Diocese of Mzuzu will joyfully host the National Celebration of World Mission Sunday’s Centenary (1926–2026) together with the 110th Anniversary of the Pontifical Missionary Union, under the inspiring theme:
“One in Christ, United in Mission.”

The celebration will bring together bishops, priests, religious, and lay faithful from across Malawi to honor the missionary spirit that has shaped the life of the Church for generations. It will be a day of thanksgiving, prayer, and renewed commitment to the mission of Christ.
