ADCOM FIVE-YEAR STRATEGIC PLAN BEGINS IMPLEMENTATION IN MALAWI
The five-year strategic plan for the Association of Diocesan Development and related Church structures in Malawi has now begun its implementation across the dioceses.
ADCOM President Bishop Adrian Chifukwa said the plan provides strategic direction for the dioceses and should be a reliable working document rather than simply a blueprint.
ADCOM Chairperson Father Yotam Msumba said the organisation is committed to implementing the plan and ensuring that it guides its work in Malawi.
Father Toney Mfune said the five-year strategic plan is important for strengthening the Church’s work, adding that copies have already been distributed to dioceses across the country.
The implementation marks the beginning of a new phase in the Church’s strategic and development work in Malawi.
